Nissan X-Trail is a five- or seven-seat all-wheel drive crossover, the third generation of which was shown in the fall of 2013. At the same time, the company told the world the first detailed information about the new product, which was in the shadow of quite obvious external changes that have occurred with the car.

As before, the crossover is equipped with an intelligent All-Mode 4x4i all-wheel drive system, which can now be assisted by hill-start assistance systems, as well as improved traffic control when descending a mountain.

In addition, the new Nissan X-Trail has learned to slow down the engines and even pre-adjust the degree of damping of each individual shock absorber when driving through pits and other bumps on the road, keeping the body position as untouched as possible. The optional Active Engine Brake and Active Ride Control systems, respectively, are called to help. Got a crossover and an advanced motion stabilization system on slippery and wet surfaces (Active Trace Control).

Thanks to the increased wheelbase, the Nissan X-Trail interior has become more spacious and is now ready to offer a seven-seat version for an additional charge.

The interior decoration itself has also changed, finishing materials have improved. The car received a fresh generation of NissanConnect multimedia with a 7-inch color display, wide synchronization with mobile devices, AUX and USB connectors, and top-end crossover configurations - full LED headlights.

It is noteworthy that the rear side doors can now open 80 degrees, which, according to the company, will provide convenience not only for disembarkation and landing, but also, for example, for installing child seats.
