Nissan Teana - the third generation of a business-class sedan, which is sold in the United States under the name Altima. The length of the machine has increased from 4,850 to 4,863 mm, and the width from 1,795 to 1,830 mm. The car is based on the upgraded platform of its predecessor. Engineers reconfigured the rear independent suspension, and in addition, unlike overseas modifications, Teana for the Ukrainian market received stiffer shock absorbers for better directional stability and sharper control, as well as heated washer nozzles.

A 2.5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine (172 hp and 234 Nm) with a variable valve timing system and an Xtronic variator have also been upgraded, which has improved traction and fuel efficiency. The declared consumption of Nissan Teana is 7.5 liters of 92nd gasoline per hundred kilometers. Up to a hundred sedan accelerates in 9.8 seconds.

Nissan Teana is offered in three trim levels: Elegance, Luxury and Premium. Basic version elegance a color on-board computer display in the instrument panel, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, a multimedia system (with CD / MP3, USB / AUX connectors, Bluetooth) with a 5-inch color screen on the center console and 6 speakers, front and rear parking sensors , light and rain sensors.

In addition, in the initial configuration, the Nissan Teana is equipped with front and side airbags, as well as a list of active safety systems, consisting of ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, ESP and the AUC (Active Understeer Control) trajectory control system. The latter imitates an interwheel differential, slowing down the inner wheel relative to the turn and thereby compensating for the lack of steering of a front-wheel drive car.

In the middle set Luxury the sedan additionally receives a video camera at the stern, a central mirror with auto-dimming function, heated front seats and xenon headlights.

The top-end Premium package includes a heated steering wheel, an all-round visibility system, tire pressure sensors, a new set of Safety Shield active safety systems, which includes blind spot monitoring, traffic lane control and a moving object recognition system.

In addition, for a surcharge for each performance, additional option packages called Plus are offered. Plastic bag Elegance Plus suggests:

The third generation Nissan Teana is produced at a Russian plant near St. Petersburg.
