Nissan Micra 2014 - front-wheel drive five-seater B-class hatchback, built on the K13 platform, which is also used by Nissan Juke. In Ukraine, the current generation, which became the fourth in a row and presented in 2010 at the Geneva Motor Show, arrived in spring 2013. The restyled version, which will start selling in Europe in September, will appear on the Ukrainian market with a much shorter delay - in mid-2014.
External differences "Micra" after facelift from 2010 model models lie in modified bumpers and optics. The design of the front part resembles the “front end” of the second most popular Nissan model in Europe, the Juke crossover (the brand’s best-selling car in the Old World is the Nissan Qashqai). The rear lights have got LEDs. In general, the appearance of the machine has become more aggressive and masculine, which are designed to emphasize the new 15- and 16-inch wheels (the size of the standard “rollers” is 14 inches). Two more body colors were added to the eight body color options: Pacific Blue and Platinum Sage.
The top-end Micras received a 5.8-inch touchscreen display of the Nissan Connect navigation and multimedia system, which allows you to use some Google services in addition to everything. Nevertheless, the initial versions of the model have become friendlier: the capabilities of regular multimedia have expanded due to AUX and USB outputs. Pleasantly pleased and attention to detail. Having installed additional connectors for connecting mobile phones and portable players, the developers did not forget to provide for the possibility of recharging them - a 12-volt socket appeared in the cabin.
In addition, restyling brought Micra a new center console and a fresh dashboard, as well as improved upholstery materials. In addition to the stability control system and ABS, the list of active assistants, depending on the configuration, now also includes a car parker.
The power plant of the Nissan Micra remained the same - a three-cylinder 1.2-liter gasoline engine with variable valve timing. Without a supercharger, the maximum output of the engine is 80 hp, and with a supercharger - 100 hp. According to preliminary information, only Europeans will get the turbocharged version of the unit, and only “aspirated” will come to Ukraine. Gearboxes - manual or CVT.
Serial production of Nissan Micra has been established at the company's plant in India.
